Four years ago, in 2012, Russian viewers were able to see the new Russian drama detective series “Case of Investigator Nikitin”. Actors This picture is young but talented. What is happening in this detective series immerses viewers in the atmosphere of the thirties of the twentieth century. The department for the search for the capital’s prosecutor’s office receives a case of undermining under a savings bank. Another important crime at that time was a crime that has not been solved so far: this is the case of Upyr, a crime of rape and murder of girls. In order to strengthen the composition of the department, to pour fresh forces into it, three new recruits are hired: Nikitin, Rossomakhin and Burlakov.
In the film “Investigator Nikitin’s Case”, the actors tried to convey the whole atmosphere of that time, they worked out every detail very carefully. After all, there should not have been any inconsistencies. In the process of working on the undermining case, Andrei Nikitin becomes acquainted with Nadezhda Nadezhdina, whose husband, poet Nikolai Dementyev, died. This case is also transferred to Nikitin. Some time after the start of the investigation, the case is closed because they acknowledge that the poet himself took his own life. It is possible that from the outside it seems that way. But in one conversation between Andrei and Nadezhda, it turns out that this could not be suicide.
A little later, one interesting fact becomes known: Nikolai Dementiev, like Mikhail Efimovich (the murdered employee of the newspaper Pravda), knew a woman named Evgeny Yezhov. Now Andrei Nikitin has been appointed chief investigator of the Upyr case.
Story line
All the film takes place in the capital - the city of Moscow. This is the middle of the thirties - 1935-1936. At that time, as we remember from history, there was a very bright flowering of crime, which differed from the subsequent especially violent mood. The main characters of the series are three young investigators from the Moscow prosecutor's office. They only recently came to these offices after graduation. Now they are ready with all seriousness and responsibility to fulfill their duty to their native state.
This is the plot of the series “Case of Investigator Nikitin.” The actors who played the main roles are already pretty well known to the audience. Their numerous works have been seen before. So, the young investigators: Evgeny Rossomakhin was embodied on the screen by actor Alexander Volkov, known for the series “The Engagement Ring”. Andrei Nikitin was played by actor Anatoly Rudenko (early works - Kamenskaya, Two Fates, Poor Nastya). Despite his youth, he managed to establish himself as a talented and hardworking actor. Mikhail Burlakov was embodied by actor Dmitry Yanyshevsky (early works - Flash.ka, Capercaillie, Trail).
New investigation
These three guys quite deftly fight with the most complicated cases, participate in the capture of the most dangerous criminals. Their job is to investigate the most high-profile crimes of the thirties. They have been working hand in hand not very long ago and so far have not had time to properly rub themselves together.
Their next business, the work on which will be thorough, is the death of the poet Nikolai Dementyev. This investigation is like a cross-cutting line of the whole picture. The series “Case of Investigator Nikitin” is based on real events, which cannot but be of interest to viewers who love to delve into history. The case of the death of Dementiev is led by Nikitin himself. Unraveling this tragedy, he humanly supports the poet’s young widow - Nadezhda Nadezhdina (actress Olga Dibtseva). He has to quite often communicate with a woman. Gradually, Andrei Nikitin realizes that he experiences not only professional curiosity for her, but also very warm, even romantic feelings.
What will come of this, and how will the relationship between the young investigator and the widow of the poet Dementiev develop as a result? Can Nadezhda Nadezhdina dream of female happiness again? Will Andrei Nikitin be able to find the person responsible for the death of Dementiev? You can answer all these questions only by carefully watching the series “Case of Investigator Nikitin”.
Rudenko about Nikitin
After the end of the filming process, the actor Anatoly Rudenko recalled the work done. He, together with Volkov and Yanishevsky, made up a trio of young children who graduated from the institute just yesterday. They studied "perfectly", so after graduation they wanted to be involved in the NKVD, which the graduates themselves did not want at all. But yesterday’s students turned out to be lucky: the senior prosecutor Filippov (actor Stanislav Erklievsky) took them under his wing. The hero Rudenko has a daring, fighting, decisive character. He constantly wants to prove something, he wants to fully justify the trust placed in him. Andrei Nikitin manifests himself in each of the eight series, he constantly strives for the triumph of justice. Youthful maximalism is still present in its character. The young man constantly feels an irresistible desire to win.
How was the series created?
Filming of this detective story began in September 2011. The director was the People's Artist of the RSFSR Valery Uskov, who is known to fans of good TV shows: “Two Fates”, “Ermak”, “Eternal Call”. He wanted to make a movie about the first, perhaps not very confident steps of the Moscow prosecutor's office. In this whole story there is a real background. Government circles are involved in the death of the poet. Nikitin is offered not to interfere in all this, but he is trying his best to find the criminal. Together with this case, the series, as if from the inside, shows the life of the prosecutor's office, its features, daily routine work.
The senior investigator of the prosecutor’s office, Evgeny Rossomakhin, was played by Alexander Volkov, which predominantly appears in detective or melodramatic scenes. He really loves police or detective series, so he approached this work very responsibly.
Actor Dmitry Yanyshevsky played investigator Mikhail Burlakov. He is the third facet in the triangle of friendship and painstaking work of young prosecutors. By the way, before the filming began, the actors, as well as the creators of this project, had to study archival materials, notes in print media, and recollections of eyewitnesses of those events that were once published.
Crime will be solved!
The series “Case of Investigator Nikitin”, the actors of which were selected very carefully, has one very important peculiarity: the crimes and events set forth in it have a completely inadvertent character. Each thread of history was drawn from dry standard messages in newspaper clippings. Available protocols of investigators were also used. Some piquancy to the picture is added by the real achievements of the Soviet people at that time: the opening of the first metro stations, the publication of a fairy tale about the golden key, the beginning of the Stakhanov movement ...
And in the picture itself, the criminals sweep tracks, confusing the investigation and substituting innocent people. A major large statesman may intervene in the investigation, making the disclosure of a crime virtually impossible. All this is seen by the main character Andrei Nikitin, who risks his life so that justice will triumph.
