In the slow cooker you can prepare many healthy dishes for the whole family. Among them is baked meat. Pork is best suited for these purposes. It can be quickly and effortlessly made very, very tasty.
Pork with potatoesSuch meat, baked in a slow cooker, is incredibly tender, aromatic and juicy. For cooking, you will need a pound of pork, 300 grams of potatoes, carrots, garlic, spices, salt, bay leaf. Cut the meat into cubes, carrots into slices, and potatoes into large pieces. Put the pork on the bottom of the bowl. Spread carrots and then potatoes on top of it. Salt and pepper, add spices and fill the dish with four glasses of water. Set the extinguishing timer to an hour and a quarter. Fifteen minutes before cooking, add a head of garlic. Baked meat in a slow cooker will be very appetizingly saturated with the aroma of spices by the time it is cooked. From all this smells of all your households, it’s just salivating!
Foil meat in a slow cooker
You can also bake beef. Take a piece of meat, clean it of films and fat. Season with salt and pepper, rubbing beef thoroughly with them. Sprinkle a piece of olive oil, sprinkle with parsley, thyme, rosemary or other herbs to taste. Such meat, baked in a slow cooker, absorbs the essential oils of plants, which gives it a strong aroma. Pork neck in a slow cooker
This dish can be prepared very quickly. The result is excellent and very healthy. To cook this meat, baked in a slow cooker, you will need 800 grams of pork neck, garlic, vegetable oil, dill and salt. Rinse the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Grate a piece of salt, garlic, pepper and dried dill. Lubricate with vegetable oil and transfer to a bowl in which you can leave the meat all night in the refrigerator. In the morning, pork can be transferred to the multicooker bowl by pouring the juice that has stood out and the “Baking” mode is turned on for twenty minutes. After this period of time, turn the piece over and turn on the device again.
After another twenty minutes, switch the device to the "Extinguishing" mode and leave to cook for two hours. To make the meat infuse, leave it for some time after cooking with the lid open.
Pork with mushrooms in a slow cooker
Another aromatic dish is pork with mushrooms. Take 600 grams of meat and 600 grams of mushrooms, two onions and a few cloves of garlic, 200 grams of water, vegetable oil, seasonings and salt. Rinse the pork and cut into cubes. Cut the champignons into slices, chop the garlic and onions. Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker and heat it, put the pork and other prepared ingredients and salt. Shuffle and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for an hour. Ready-made pork can be served with any side dish.
