Bump after an injection - how to avoid dangerous seals?

Probably there is no such person who has not been injected at least once in his life. Often after such procedures, bruises remain on the body, and even seals, popularly called "bumps". Why do they appear and how to avoid them? Cones after an injection can appear in several cases: when the drug is administered too fast, the needle is too short, if the injection site is poorly processed, or an unprepared person did the injection.

If a seal has appeared, then something needs to be done with this. First of all, you need to pay attention to what a lump looks like after an injection. If it is hot, redness around it is visible, the temperature is elevated, there is a throbbing pain - you need to immediately go to the doctor. The process of suppuration began there and the sooner measures are taken, the better for your health. If none of this happens, the seal does not increase, you can resort to various kinds of compresses and ointments.

A bump after an injection usually passes if applied:

- iodine nets (several times a day);

- at night, you can apply a softened cabbage leaf, lubricating it previously with honey;

- you can make a compress of vodka, diluting it previously with dimexide (1: 4);

- Heparin ointment or Troxevasin will help in this case;

- A compress of magnesium with vodka also helps with this problem.

Traditional medicine knows a lot of tips on how to remove such a consequence as a bump after an injection. She advises that the burdock leaf also be softened and greased with honey, and then applied to the sore spot at night. You can make a cake with horseradish and honey. To do this, grate horseradish, mix it with honey (1: 2) and egg yolk. After adding flour, knead the cake and apply it to the seal, covering with a film on top. Radish with honey in equal proportions also showed themselves well - a compress for the film and at night. The bandage must be carefully fixed so that it does not slip at night.

I must say that there will never be a tumor after an injection, if you use three-component syringes, which have already found widespread use abroad. Such syringes make it possible to slowly and evenly distribute the medicine without leaving seals. If there is no such syringe, then you need to try to very slowly and evenly administer the medicine without jerking. In this case, a prerequisite - the muscles must be relaxed. To do this, it is better that the patient is in a supine position.

During the injection, you also need to use two swabs with alcohol, one to lubricate the injection site before the injection, the second after. Also, after the injection, you need to hold the cotton wool with alcohol for longer at the injection site, pressing it and thus making a compress. And yet - it is better not to trust this procedure to people without special education, then it will be easier to avoid bruises and tumors, and even abscesses.

The most unpleasant thing for parents is a bump after an injection in a child. Children are often given all kinds of vaccinations, not to mention therapeutic injections. And often after them also bruises and seals remain. The baby's skin is delicate, therefore, it requires a special approach in getting rid of this trouble. Again, we must repeat, if there is no redness of the injection site, fever, itching and bumps, then you can do the following:

- Take 1 tablespoon of soda, dilute it in half a glass of warm water and immediately moisten a cotton pad in it. Squeeze it and put on the seal. Cover with a plastic bag from above and make a bandage, fixing it so that it does not slip in a dream. The child should hold the compress all night. You can still lubricate the injection site with honey and also put a plastic bag and a fixing bandage on top. You can also try homeopathic ointment such as Traumeel C and cabbage with honey. It is better for the baby not to do iodine mesh so as not to burn the delicate skin of the child.
