This light first minced chicken dish is not only tasty, but also very healthy. Therefore, any modern housewife should be able to cook it. Lightly salted minced meat is supplemented with egg and chopped herbs, and then intensively knead. Small meatballs are formed from the resulting mass and immersed in a pot filled with boiling water. After nine minutes, they are caught with a slotted spoon and transferred to a plate.
In a deep frying pan with melted butter, add onion half rings, shredded carrots and chopped turnips. - Squirrels from three eggs.
- A glass of whole cow's milk.

- 50 g of hard cheese.
- Clove of garlic.
- Salt, butter and pepper.

Stuffed cabbage
This simple minced chicken dish is equally suitable for both adults and small eaters. To feed your family a delicious and satisfying dinner, you will need:
- 450 g ground poultry meat.
- 150 g of rice.
- Head of savoy cabbage.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- Medium-sized carrot.
- Medium onion.
- Ripe tomato.
- Salt, herbs, seasonings and olive oil.
First of all, you need to do the filling for future cabbage rolls. Blanched and peeled tomatoes are fried along with grated carrots, crushed garlic and chopped onions. The browned vegetables are combined with half-cooked rice, minced meat, salt, seasonings and chopped herbs. The resulting mass is spread on blanched and dried cabbage leaves, fold them in envelopes and cook for half an hour at 200 degrees.
Vegetable casserole
This simple and incredible healthy dish is a very interesting combination of meat, mushrooms and cauliflower. If desired, it can be included in both adult and children's menus. To prepare it, you will need:
- 500 g of minced chicken.
- 300 g of champignons.
- 50 g of cheese.
- 2 small onions.
- 2 inflorescences of cauliflower.
- Slice of hardened bread.
- 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- 3 tbsp. l cream.
- Salt, garlic, herbs, vegetable oil and spices.
Half of the onion is sautéed in a heated greased pan, and then combined with ground chicken. Salt, spices, crushed garlic and cream-soaked bread are added to the resulting mass. After some time, the infused minced meat is laid out in a form lined with foil. Mushrooms fried with onion leftovers and boiled cabbage are distributed on top. All this is poured with a mixture of sour cream, cream and salt, sprinkled with cheese chips and sent to the oven. Cook the casserole for twenty minutes at 200 degrees. Then the temperature is reduced to 160 0 C and wait a little less than a quarter of an hour.
