  1. Finely chop 300 grams of fresh cabbage and mash it well with your hands or a wooden crush.

  3. Cut 250 grams of crab sticks (you can take crab meat instead), cut into a small cube.
  4. Mix all prepared ingredients with canned corn (one can) and mayonnaise. Do not forget to add salt and ground pepper to the salad to taste.

  1. Defrost and boil until ready in salted water 200 grams of shrimp without shell. To give them a spicy flavor, put peas and bay leaves in a pan.
  2. Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the prepared shrimps in it until golden brown.
  3. Grind 200 grams of crab sticks (or canned crab meat) at random.
  4. Cut 100 grams of onion into half rings. If you don’t like its specific taste, you can pour boiling water over it.
  5. Sweet red pepper (200 grams) and tomatoes (300 grams) cut into strips.
  6. For dressing, mix 15 ml of balsamic vinegar, 20 ml of olive oil, 15 ml of soy sauce and the juice of half a small lemon. If you don’t like the sour taste, just put olive oil in the salad and add a spoonful of lemon juice.
  7. Mix all the prepared ingredients, add dressing. Salt the finished dish, pepper and let it brew a little before serving.

  1. Ten crab sticks, one large fresh cucumber and one tomato cut into cubes.
  2. For dressing, mix a spoonful of Dijon mustard and two tablespoons of home-made lean mayonnaise.
  3. Combine all the products, add 150 grams of canned corn, sauce and mix well. Salt and pepper the salad to taste.

  • For the filling, chop three fresh cucumbers, 300 grams of crab sticks, half yellow and half red bell pepper into strips. Pour iceberg lettuce with your hands (you can also use regular or shredded Chinese cabbage).
  • Cut thin pita bread into portions and spread each sauce with mustard and homemade mayonnaise. Put lettuce on it, then a thin layer of Korean carrots, vegetables (they need a little salt) and crab sticks. Fold the pita bread with an envelope and lightly fry the grill in a pan with a minimum amount of sunflower oil.
