To prepare this delicious and satisfying dish, we need:

  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • sausages - 6 pcs.;
  • pickles or gherkins - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • one carrot;
  • tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon slices - 2 pcs.;
  • water - 2.6 l;
  • salt to taste;
  • olives - optional.

Cooking process

Solyanka from sausages is prepared as follows.

  1. We clean the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and send them to the cooker until cooked.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, chop the onions, rub the carrots with a grater, and passer in sunflower oil.
  3. We send tomato sauce and salt to onions and carrots a couple of minutes before they are ready. You can also put some butter for taste.
  4. We cut the cucumbers and also send them to the roast (it all depends on personal preferences, gherkins can be added directly to the finished soup).
  5. When about 10 minutes are left until the potatoes are completely cooked, put chopped sausages and olives to it so that they cook a little.
  6. After that, we put the finished frying and lemon slices there.
  7. Stir the dish for a short time on low heat. After that it is cooked, you can serve it to the table. As a dressing, sour cream is perfect.

Recipe for hodgepodge with sausages and cabbage

This recipe is widespread for the most part due to its attractive taste and uncomplicated cooking process. When cooking such a hodgepodge with the addition of sausages, you can add fresh tomatoes instead of tomato sauce, and to add a piquant taste you can use hot pepper and garlic as a component.

Ingredients

To prepare a hodgepodge of sausages you will need:

  • sausages - 6 pcs.;
  • head of cabbage - medium size;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • freshly ground black pepper - to taste;
  • cloves of garlic - 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • greens optional:
  • salt to taste.

Cooking hodgepodge

The process of preparing cabbage hodgepodge from sausages:

  1. First, thoroughly rinse the cabbage, remove dead and spoiled leaves and dry. Then cut into small strips.
  2. After that, prepare the remaining vegetables. Carefully wash and peel carrots and onions. Then grind the carrots with a coarse grater, and cut the onion into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, dry and cut into small pieces or circles. Peel the garlic cloves and chop.
  3. We cut sausages medium-sized. We heat a deep pan, add sunflower oil, put there first chopped onion, which we pass to a golden hue, then carrots and sausages. Fry for about 10 minutes until the ingredients are soft and brown.
  4. Now we send cabbage to vegetables and fried sausages to stew it before cooking, constantly stirring. After everything in the pan, add salt and pepper. You can add any seasoning to your discretion.
  5. Tomato sauce is mixed with water and pour into a pan. We stir everything and send garlic and tomatoes there.

We chop the washed greens and put in the pan a few minutes before the hodgepodge is fully cooked. Then we remove it from the stove and, having previously covered it with a lid, let it brew for about another 7-10 minutes. Now our delicious and tasty cabbage hodgepodge from sausages is completely ready. We spread it portionwise on plates, you can sprinkle lightly with pepper and herbs and serve on a table with sour cream.
