Fried pork with onions: tender, juicy, different

Pork fried with mushrooms

Mushrooms are fried in a pan, first without oil. When excess liquid evaporates from them, add oil and onions, stew until they are ready.

Pork is cut into pieces of medium size, placed in hot oil. In order not to cause an โ€œoil explosionโ€ from the contact of hot oil and wet meat, the pieces should be wet dry.

When the meat is browned on one side, it is turned over. And when a crust forms, the fire is removed, mushrooms with onions are added to the pork, covered with a lid and fried over low heat until cooked. At the end, salt, pepper.

Pork can be fried with any mushrooms, but it is especially aromatic if you use wild mushrooms.

Medium sized pieces are fried on both sides. Fry the onion with tomato in a separate pan. When the meat is almost ready, the contents of both pans are combined. Then stew without a lid, making sure that the meat is not burnt.

The third way. Pork fried with kebab onion

To prepare this dish, pork and onions are first marinated in vinegar, adding salt and favorite spices. After two to three hours, put the meat in a pan and fry it over low heat. In this case, the crust should not form at the beginning, but at the end of the frying. When the pork is half ready, half the pickled onions are added to it , having previously squeezed it from the marinade. When the onion turns brown, spread the onion remaining in the marinade, stew over high heat.

Such pork, fried with onions, will be soft, not fried, but very fragrant. To create the illusion of a real barbecue, a drop of liquid smoke can be added 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

If for some reason it is not possible to cook meat in the oven, you should not be upset. French meat can also be cooked in a pan.

Pork is cut into small pieces, stirring, fried almost until ready in vegetable oil. When the meat is almost ready, it is sprinkled with a layer of onion, sliced โ€‹โ€‹in half rings, grated cheese is spread on top, covered with a lid and make the fire very small. After 5-10 minutes, turn off the fire, cover the pan with a lid.

Crispy cheese crust in this case will not work, but the meat will be fragrant and juicy.
