- Two glasses of buckwheat.
- One hundred grams of hard cheese.
- Mayonnaise.
- Favorite seasonings.

How to cook
The baking dish is well lubricated with oil and the bottom is covered with cereals, already washed. Lay out a finely chopped onion on top. If desired, you can add a few cloves of crushed garlic. Fry 200 g of mushrooms cut into thin plates in a pan (say, champignons). As soon as they are browned, add onions to them. You can cut it arbitrarily, but it will look more beautiful in a dish in the form of half rings. In two other pans, fry over high heat and separately pieces of fillet (half a kilogram) and buckwheat. We take portioned pots, on the bottom of each lay a layer of onion with mushrooms. Then buckwheat, and the last layer is meat. Cooking in a slow cooker
Naturally, one cannot fail to mention how chicken breast with buckwheat is cooked in a slow cooker. This smart unit has settled in almost every kitchen today, and therefore it is simply impossible to get around it. Two three carrots on a coarse grater, one onion cut into thin rings, the breast is also cut into small pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bowl of the device, add vegetables and meat, fry for 10 minutes, maximum 15 in the “Baking” mode. Then pour three tablespoons of sour cream, add spices and a glass of buckwheat. Mix. Close, set the mode "Buckwheat". We are waiting for the sound signal.
Dietary dish: buckwheat and chicken breast
