Let's make a more delicious and unusual toffee cream. This recipe for making nuts from the dough allows you to make them very tender and crumbly. First, prepare the cream. Buy one hundred and fifty grams of Golden Key Toffee and put all the sweets in a saucepan or stewpan. Add one hundred twenty-five grams of butter and a couple of spoons of whole milk. Put it all on a very small fire and melt, stirring with a spoon from time to time. When the mixture becomes liquid and homogeneous, remove from the stove. Cool without stopping stirring. Rub fifty grams of butter with a tablespoon of sugar, being careful not to melt it. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and half a teaspoon of soda, quenched with vinegar. Then one egg, a pinch of salt, a bag of vanilla sugar, a tablespoon of potato starch and one glass of premium flour. Stir it all and knead soft dough. It needs to be cooled for twenty minutes in the freezer. Make sure the dough cools evenly. Fill the metal molds with dough using a teaspoon and bake in the oven, which is heated to maximum temperature, for about fifteen minutes. The indicated food norm is enough for forty halves, of which twenty cookies will turn out. Wear gloves to prevent scalding when working with hot, freshly baked dough. Take each half, remove it from the mold and cut out the middle, trimming the edges so that you can easily form them into one cookie. After the dough has cooled, it will be harder to work with it, so do not hesitate. After removing the middle, let the cookies cool. Grind the remains with a rolling pin to a crumb state. Pour in toffee cream, mix until smooth. Put a piece of walnut in each half, then fill with cream and press the halves together.

You may not have special metal shells. This does not mean that the Nuts recipe in the form is not for you. You just need to change the technology a bit. Dough should be spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake. Then cool and crush with a rolling pin (a few pieces - grind to large crumbs). Mix with butterscotch cream and form round objects. In each of them put a piece of walnut. Roll on a plate in large crumbs and serve chilled. You can make these cookies with butter or butter cream.
