And they managed to cook tasty and healthy food with the help of one single unit: the oven. The Russian stove is a real miracle, the center of a Slavic house. She warmed, cured and, of course, fed. It is difficult to put a Russian stove in modern apartments, but it can be replaced with an oven, which almost everyone has. Its advantages are invaluable: food is prepared in its own juice without adding a large amount of oil, washed from all sides with hot air. And an even greater advantage of ovens is the ability to download all the ingredients at once and not to interfere with the process anymore. So let's cook something tasty and unusual in the oven, for example, salmon dishes in the oven - nutritious, healthy and original.

The first dish is salmon fillet in foil. We will need products such as salmon fillet, onions, herbs, butter, spices.
