Peat pie is a popular dessert, which can be safely attributed to a healthy cuisine. And all because in its composition there are two useful ingredients - cottage cheese and cocoa. Their combination will not only benefit health, but also amuse any darling gourmet. Just imagine: the most delicate curd filling, framed by crispy chocolate dough! And cooking peat pie with cottage cheese is very simple. Try it and see for yourself!
Cooking secrets
Peat pie, the recipe of which contains cottage cheese and shortbread dough, is somewhat reminiscent of a royal cheesecake. Only in it there is also a cocoa flavor. The dough here is special - shortbread, very, very shortbread, as if from a sweet chocolate sand. It should neither be molded, nor rolled, but resemble crumbly crumb. We will prepare the dough from the following products:
- a pack of butter of medium fat content;
- 3 cups of the highest quality flour;
- 2/3 cup sugar;
