First, take out the puff pastry from the freezer and let it thaw. In the store it is better to choose the yeast option, then the products are more magnificent.

First, let's prepare the dough. Pour water into a bowl, pour salt and sugar, stir until they dissolve. Now you need to add the oil, and then the sifted flour.

Add flour gradually, avoiding lumps, stirring constantly. Knead the dough until smooth. Sprinkle flour on the work surface and take out a yeast-free dough, begin to knead it until it becomes smooth.

When the dough is ready, roll it. The thickness should be approximately 0.6 - 0.8 mm.

Wrap each sausage in the prepared dough and put it on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment paper. In a bowl, beat the yolks well and grease each one on top.

Now sprinkle one half of the sausages with grated cheese and the other with sesame seeds.

  • dry yeast - 16 g;
  • vegetable oil - 8 tbsp. l .;
  • boiled water - 170 ml;
  • premium flour - 550 g;
  • whole milk - 140 ml;
  • any sausages - 400 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

First, prepare the dough. To do this, in a saucepan we mix water and milk. The main thing is that the temperature of the liquids is at room temperature. Now add sugar and salt, stir until completely dissolved. Then put the yeast, mix again and set aside for 20 minutes.
