To prepare this dish, we need 250 grams of fish fillet (sea fish), 50 grams of bell pepper, onions, 50 grams of hard cheese, two eggs, a tablespoon of 20% fat cream, two tablespoons of wheat flour, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
Finely chop the fish fillet , salt, season with pepper and add in a skillet with butter, chopped onions and a few tablespoons of water. We take out the slotted spoon and cool it. Three cheese on a grater with small holes, bell pepper cut into cubes.
