The history of this cultural center is short-lived: a resolution on its organization was signed in 1997, that is, less than twenty years ago. The reason for this was a gift to the city from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Shaimiev - the Rieger-Kloss organ. It previously belonged to the Kazan Conservatory.
The hall is nothing but the former cinema "Russia". It was this room that turned out to be the most optimal in terms of its technical characteristics for installing a musical instrument and conducting organ concerts. Moreover, the cinema building has approached the organ so well (and not vice versa!) That now in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny the organ hall is considered the best in the country by its acoustics. This is an ideal place to play this musical instrument.
That is why the city has become a popular cultural pilgrimage destination. To hear the magic instrument (and they can be counted on the fingers in Russia), people from neighboring cities and regions come to Naberezhnye Chelny. The cultural center is impressive. On the billboard of the hall you can easily meet world-famous musicians who consider it an honor to perform with a grandiose instrument in the best organ hall of Russia.
In addition to the well-known organ, in the collection of the organ hall there is another impressive exhibit, which, however, is actively “casting a voice” to this day. We are talking about the piano of the English company "Steinway", which in value is equal only to the Stradivarius violin. The Steinway piano still sounds at concerts in the organ hall, delighting listeners with a clear and deep sound. The hall regularly hosts concerts not only of local virtuosos, but also of guests from all over Russia and even world stars.

Children
In parallel with the concerts of leading performers in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the organ hall is working with the youngest listeners. Since 2005, there has been a unique creative team - the Children's Theater. Teachers from 5-12 years old are leading cultural figures of the Republic of Tatarstan, talented musicians, music and art researchers, choreographers and professional actors. The result of their joint activities are performances, the main roles in which belong to the children themselves.
For children, educational concerts are also held right there, which will not be amiss to adults. For adults themselves, the program is also diverse. Unlike most of the halls that are closed for the summer period, the organ hall in Chelny works all year round and pleases listeners with summer festivals.
