Ranosan ointment has an extensive spectrum of antimicrobial effects, activates regenerative processes in tissues, and absorbs wound exudate.

Dioxidine has a bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect on staphylococci, enterococci, clostridia, streptococci, francicella, brucella, fusobacteria, spirochetes, gonococci, chlamydia, helicobacteria, which provoke infections of the skin and soft tissues.

Methyluracil and dioxidine adversely affect infections caused by proteome, as well as salmonella, staphylococci, streptococci, including sources of gas gangrene.
