How is boiled pork cooked in a slow cooker, in the microwave, in the oven?

Boiled pork is a very common dish in Moldavian, Russian and Ukrainian cuisines. This is pork (less often other meat), which is baked in one large piece. There are many ways to cook boiled pork. Boiled pork is cooked in a slow cooker, in the microwave, in the oven, in a word differently, but such a tasty, juicy dish will appeal to every meat lover.

750 or 800 grams of pork neck, sunflower oil, 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of dried dill, a little salt and pepper.

How to cook boiled pork in a slow cooker?

Take the meat, wash it and pat dry with a napkin or towel, rub finely chopped garlic, salt, oil, sprinkle with dried dill, transfer to a container and place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

After this, transfer the pork to a slow cooker, then pour the marinade and fry on both sides for 15-20 minutes (β€œbaking” mode). Next, stew the pork for 2.5-3 hours (stewing mode).

After the time is up, open the lid so that the boiled pork is slightly cooled.

Boiled pork in a slow cooker turns out to be very juicy, tender, soft and mouth-watering. Its advantage is that it can be used both cold and hot.

How to cook boiled pork in the microwave?

To prepare such a hearty and tasty dish, take a pound of pork tenderloin. Rinse such a piece of meat, and then dry with a napkin.

Peel one medium-sized carrot and chop it into strips or half rings. Next, cut into slices two large cloves of garlic.

Now stuff this piece of pork with garlic and carrots. To do this, make not too deep cuts in a piece of meat and stuff cooked pieces into cuts.

In one hole, either carrot or garlic, because together they should not be invested.

When a piece of pork is completely stuffed with slices of vegetables, grate it with ground black pepper and salt, and then leave the meat to stand for 15 minutes.

Next, take a glass container (with a lid), grease the bottom with oil, pour half a glass of water there and put a piece of pork in a pan.

Cover (required!) And turn on the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power.

Then take out the pan, turn over a piece of meat, cover again and set for 15 minutes (the same power).

In the microwave, boiled pork is cooked for 40-45 minutes, and the meat should be periodically turned over.

The preparedness of boiled pork can be checked as follows: make an incision in the meat and push it. The meat is ready if the resulting juice is transparent in color.

Take out the boiled pork, put it on a plate, let the meat cool.

How is boiled pork prepared in a baking sleeve?

To do this, take 700-800 grams of a whole piece of pork, two or three cloves of garlic, one liter of water, two bay leaves, two or three teaspoons of salt, spices and black pepper to your taste.

Bring water to a boil, salt, pepper, add bay leaves and spices. Stir well.

Cool the water completely and put the meat into it. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least three hours, or even overnight.

Now take out the meat, dry it, lightly salt, pepper, grate with spices. Make cuts and stuff with garlic. Next, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the pork in a sleeve intended for baking, and on top lay the bay leaves from the marinade. Close the sleeve, make 3 or 4 holes in it.

Bake in a well preheated oven for about one hour. After an hour, cut off the top of the sleeve so that your boiled pork is browned.

Serve hot or cold.

And now a tip: For roasting boiled pork, it’s best to take the back, the neck, the raw ham, you can also have a cue ball with bone, but it can come out a bit dry. Do not forget that the meat should be streaked and fat.
