March 17, 2016 in Russia, the premiere of the new comedy-sci-fi film "Super Bobrovs", reviews which began to appear immediately after its release on the screen. The idea of creating this picture arose long before a significant event in Chelyabinsk (meteorite fall). But it emphasized once again that the topic was chosen correctly, it is very important. From the moment the idea just appeared, and before it was embodied on the screen, seven long years passed. But it’s even more interesting to see the end result of the work of a huge team, and after all the shootings from the first to the last minute were very painstaking, time-consuming and even selfless.
Story line
The entire story described in the film revolved around the Beaver family, who suddenly gained extraordinary abilities. Picture “Super Bobrovs” - 2015 release, and therefore received this name, because with new abilities all family members really became “super”.
So, the focus is on the ordinary average Beaver family, consisting of Svetlana and Oleg. These are very funny and groovy people, they have been living together for several years. It seems that everything is fine with them, but the couple often quarrel over trifles, although they quickly put up. They do not have simple human happiness in their union: the family from the first day was distinguished by scandalous disposition and attitude towards people around with a certain hatred. But what is even worse in such a difficult relationship is that no one - neither Oleg nor Svetlana - considers himself guilty of what is happening, and each of them remains completely indifferent to the experiences of his relatives.
By the way! Oleg hated all the relatives of his wife. Despite the fact that they have been married for several years, he never found a common language with them.
Under the same roof with parents
Spouses are so tired of the everyday life of the big city that they decide to go to visit their parents living in the village. They want to live there for a while, gain strength and just relax a bit.
Svetlana, for her part, is happy to meet with her parents, but Oleg perfectly understands that reproaches will soon fall again, followed by quarrels, and the rest will not turn out as they planned. But while they are forced to live under one roof, that for everyone is akin to torture.
The film "Super Bobrovs", reviews of which are mostly positive and contain words of gratitude to the actors and the film crew, perfectly shows the intra-family feuds between members of a large family.
Meteorite gift
What happened then could happen in any provincial family, but it happened to them. It seems that the sky itself is tired of their quarrels, scandals and whims. The family gathers, sits down at the table, when suddenly a meteorite falls on the roof of their house. He goes straight to the center of the room, making a huge hole in the roof. Then the film “Super Beavers” continues rather unconventionally: each member of the family receives superpowers, which an ordinary person can only dream of. Grandfather became immortal, his father became a teleportation master, his son began to understand what animals were talking about, one daughter became invisible, and the other was able to fly. Metal objects now bend as if it were plasticine.

At first, everyone was very frightened and puzzled. But then they came to their senses and began to learn to manage the acquired gifts. Over time, they learned to control their strength.
And everything would be fine if it were not for one thing: their new abilities only work when the whole family is assembled. Only under this condition can they feel like real superheroes. The film “Super Beavers” shows how difficult it is for each of them.
Robbery is the best solution
But instead of hastening to save the world, the family decides to rob the bank, because for them it is better to "resolve" their own problems than to help someone else. That robbery seems to them the best option, because here the abilities of each of them are useful.
All members of a large family are not evil people, but they decided to rob a bank in order to help Oleg and realize their own desires, which they cannot count. Rita dreams of performing in the theater with a flight number, Tolik hopes to join the army, Sasha wants to go on a date with his sister's fiance, and his grandfather wants to finally die.
Many times, all characters gush with new desires, change their minds and unwittingly interfere with each other. The first attempt failed due to the fact that Svetlana "lit up" her ability to become invisible. The second was at random, the heroes did not adhere to any plan. Not feeling any pricks of conscience, the family managed to set up three alcoholics, whom the police caught.
Somewhere in Novorossiysk ...
Filming of this comedy took place in Novorossiysk, the film set was not far from the Proletary cement plant. It was to work on the picture in the city that a manor was built, which, according to the plot of the film, became the home of the main characters. They shot a lot of home scenes.
In addition to the estate, scenes were shot in this city on the road to Shirokaya Balka and on the fishing farm in Aleksino.
But not only Novorossiysk was a platform for working on the film. Filming was conducted in Moscow and Gelendzhik.

The film "Super Bobrovs", whose actors are well known to the viewer, gathered on the set, perhaps, the most beloved artists of Russian cinema. Irina Pegova and Roman Madyanov, Vladimir Tolokonnikov and Daniil Vakhrushev, Sofya Mitskevich and Vitaliy Kishchenko starred here. There were also two more favorites of the public: Pavel Derevyanko and Oksana Akinshina.
Pavel Derevyanko considered the role of Oleg a certain challenge. Super Beavers how the duet of science fiction and adventure comedy was a new experience for him. Until that moment, a genre requiring organics and the full authenticity of what was happening bypassed it. The artist was attracted by a high-quality and very funny script, funny jokes, non-standard situations and, of course, great partners.
Oksana Akinshina, a performer of another leading role, recalled the filming process a little differently. She was remembered by Super Bobrovs for her difficult technical work: the actors worked in the mountains, where it was dusty and hot, and had to get up early. But she gladly got up under the spotlights, because she could not be intimidated by any difficulties.
That's the way it turned out, the film Super Beavers. The actors tried to tell the story of this unusually family as naturally and with light irony as possible. And, as it turned out, they succeeded.
