Duck with apples

Duck with prunes and apples

Duck with apples and oranges

Prepare the marinade: mix 30 g of olive oil, chopped garlic, orange juice, peppers (red and black), salt and chicken seasoning. Wash and dry the duck. Apply marinade on all sides and then wrap in a bag.
