Chicken, soaked in the scent of prunes, will not leave indifferent meat gourmets. To cook it, you will need:

  • chicken or chicken breasts weighing about 1 kg;
  • about 300 grams of prunes;
  • onion head;
  • medium carrot;
  • apple (sour variety is preferred);
  • spices and salt.

The list of necessary ingredients is defined, now we bake the chicken in the sleeve.

First of all, you need to cut the chicken into portions. If you use breasts, you can divide them into two parts. Mix salt with chicken spices. This mixture rub the pieces.

Rinse the prunes. Cut carrots and apple into cubes, onions into rings. If you put herbs, such as basil, in the dish, the meat will have a pleasant aroma.

Place the breasts or pieces of chicken in a baking bag. Spread apples, prunes, onions and carrots evenly. Fasten the sleeve using special clips.

4 step

Bake the chicken in the sleeve in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Shortly before the end, cut the bag and let it form a golden crust.

Put the finished dish on a plate, decorate with herbs and serve.

Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Garlic

Fragrant and tasty chicken will be obtained according to the following recipe. You need:

  • about 1.5 kg of potatoes;
  • chicken or separate parts (chicken legs, thighs, breasts) weighing about 2 kg;
  • salt, red pepper, garlic;
  • mayonnaise;
  • a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Cooking technology

Prepare the chicken: rinse, dry slightly. You can bake the whole chicken or chop it into pieces. Mix salt, oil, pepper, squeeze garlic using a special press. The resulting mixture, rub the pieces of chicken or whole carcass. Peel and chop the potato coarsely. Pour it with mayonnaise, salt (if necessary), mix. Add a couple of crushed garlic cloves to it. Put the chicken in the sleeve, evenly distribute the potatoes around. Fasten the baking bag with the clamps and place in the oven. Time - 1.5 hours. The temperature is 180 degrees. Pierce the sleeve in several places with a knife. To get a golden crust, cut the bag a few minutes before being ready. Put the finished chicken on a dish, serve.
