- flour - 500 grams;
- kefir - 200 ml;
- milk - 100 ml;
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- yeast - 15 grams;
- butter - 50 grams;
- granulated sugar - 50 grams;
- a pinch of salt.

- in a deep bowl we combine yeast, warm milk and sugar;
- melt butter;

In a small saucepan, heat the water, add butter and sugar. Stirring the resulting mixture, transfer the apples into it and simmer until tender for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat. We wait until the apples become soft, and remove the saucepan from the stove.

How to make a shtreisel?
For shtrezel we combine 70 grams of flour and 40 grams of sugar. Mix the resulting mass and add the chopped butter. Butter can be replaced with margarine or spread. Grind the dough into small crumbs and remove to the side.

We take our dough out of the refrigerator and wait until it warms up a little to an acceptable temperature. So, the list of products that will be needed to cook cheesecakes with cottage cheese and apple:
- cottage cheese - 200 grams;
- apples - 1 kg;
- ready-made yeast dough - 1 package;
- sugar - 200 grams;
- cinnamon;
- butter - 100 grams;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Since there is no need to knead the dough, we immediately proceed to preparing the filling for the cheesecake with apples.

We divide the baking process into several stages:
- sift flour into a deep bowl to make it lighter and more airy;
- beat eggs with a whisk, add vanillin and brown sugar;
- beat the egg mixture again until a white foam forms;
- melt margarine in the microwave and add to eggs and sugar;
- pour the resulting mass into flour and knead the dough;
- cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for several hours.

- cut the washed apples in half, remove the core and cut into small cubes;
