All housewives are well aware that any meat, including chicken, in the foil in the oven always turns juicy. That is why it is very convenient to bake even vegetables in the foil.

Fried chicken in the oven with vegetables

Such a recipe immediately includes a side dish, which is also prepared in foil along with chicken. Ingredients:

  • chicken (chicken thighs, wings and more) - 1 kg;
  • bell pepper - 0.5 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0.4 kg;
  • carrots - 0.3 kg;
  • onions - 4-5 pcs.;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • spices, salt, pepper;
  • greens.

Chicken or thighs with pepper, salt, rub with seasonings and leave for half an hour. Cut the onion into half rings, and the garlic into small slices. Grind the carrots in small pieces. We cut the tomatoes into slices, and the Bulgarian pepper into strips. We put chicken (thighs) on the foil and spread onion and garlic first, then the remaining chopped vegetables. Salt all this on top and wrap it in foil. Bake for about an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. When the chicken in the foil in the oven is ready, sprinkle with herbs.

Chicken with bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce

The dish is quite aromatic and tasty thanks to the excellent combination of bacon, mushrooms and chicken. It should be noted that a lot of time for cooking will not take you, because the preparation for baking does not last long. The chicken in the foil in the oven, the recipe for the sauce to which is also simple, is baked for about an hour. The number of products for the dish is designed for 2 persons, therefore, depending on the number of guests, proportionally add products during cooking.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts - 2 pieces;
  • butter - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • bacon - 300 g;
  • mushrooms - half a glass;
  • cream (fatty) - 4 tablespoons;
  • salt.

Chop or chop the garlic. Grind the mushrooms into small pieces. Cut the bacon into slices or strips. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Then put chicken in it and sprinkle with salt and garlic. Put bacon on top of the chicken and sprinkle with mushrooms. Bake for about an hour until the meat turns white. The field of how the chicken will be ready should be laid out in a dish and allowed to cool. Pour the juice that is formed after baking it into a saucepan and cook for several minutes with the cream on low heat until a sauce forms. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken.

Thai style chicken in the oven

And finally, the most amazing dish that is cooked in the oven. This chicken is quite flavorful thanks to the marinade, the recipe of which is provided below. So, the following ingredients are needed for cooking:

  • chicken - about 2 kg;

For marinade:

  • garlic - 15 cloves;
  • ground coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon;
  • sauce or hot pepper (optional);
  • ground black or white pepper - 1 tablespoon;
  • soy sauce - 1/3 cup;
  • honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons.

To prepare the marinade, you need to chop finely garlic or grate and mix with the rest of the ingredients. You can make such a marinade using a blender.

From the washed chicken, it is necessary to cut the back bone with scissors. To do this, turn it with the bones down and put your hands on the meat part. Then detach the skin from the whole chicken, coat the meat with cooked marinade and put in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Then remove and leave for half an hour to warm the meat at room temperature.

It remains to preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the chicken on the wire rack with the breast down. Bake for half an hour, then turn the meat to the other side and leave for another 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.
