  • 6 large eggs at room temperature;
  • 210 grams of granulated sugar;
  • 130 grams of flour;

For filler:

  • 2 medium mangoes, peeled and finely chopped into strips;
  • puree from 2 medium mangoes;
  • 1 to 4 tablespoons of sugar, if necessary.

For cream:

  • 450 grams of cream cheese;
  • 1 cup unsalted softened butter;
  • 2.5 cups icing sugar;
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla powder or liquid extract.

How to make a biscuit

Now we begin to prepare the basis for the cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixer, beat 6 eggs at high speed for 1 minute until foamy. Gradually add a glass of sugar, then continue to beat the mixture at a sufficiently high speed for 8 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix half a glass of flour and baking powder.
  4. Mix the egg mixture thoroughly with flour. Spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper and bake for 23-28 minutes. The top of the biscuit should be golden brown.
  5. Lift the edges of the biscuit with a knife or thin spatula and turn it over to the wire rack. Before cutting the biscuit, it must first cool.

  2. Lubricate the first quarter with half a cup of mango puree.
