Chopped veal cutlets

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef;
- small onion;
- clove of garlic;
- egg;
- coarse salt.
Cooking:
- Chop the meat to the state of minced meat. This will require a sharp knife. The product must be frozen - it is much easier to work with it in this state.
- Onion must be finely chopped, and grate the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze through a press.
- Mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, beat the egg, salt. Mix well, form cutlets.
- Cutlets are cooked without breading in a grill pan (on gas). The heating temperature should be high. Heat the pan, do not pour oil.

Pork cutlets

- Stir in the minced garlic, onion, egg, seasonings, dried tomatoes and salt. Bring to homogeneity, cover the bowl with foil and clean for 20 minutes on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. The juice will evenly disperse, and the meat is saturated with seasonings.

Cooking:
