- 1 pork knuckle (at the request of another 1 beef shank) ;

How to cook shank jelly
1st stage
Wash the meat thoroughly, then place in a large pan. Pour cold water and set to cook for 5 hours (the fire should be below average). Salt a little. Remove the foam before boiling.
