A simple recipe for preparing horseradish
You will need a horseradish root 10 centimeters, a kilogram of tomato, a dozen small cloves of garlic and salt. Tomatoes are passed through a meat grinder, through a grate with large holes. The horseradish root is pre-placed in the freezer for 1-2 hours, and then ground in the same meat grinder. Garlic is peeled and passed through a press. All ingredients are mixed, salted to taste, sealed in jars and put in a cool place.
Delicious horseradish recipe with sugar
To cook it you need to take a kilogram of meaty tomatoes, 60 g. garlic and horseradish, a tablespoon of salt and a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Peeled cloves of garlic are passed through a meat grinder, followed by tomatoes. The last to scroll is the frosted horseradish root. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, add sugar and salt and mix again until they are completely dissolved. Bottled horseradish and put in a cool place.
Spicy horseradish recipe
For a kilogram of tomatoes, 3 small horseradish roots, salt to taste and a couple of garlic cloves are required. The garlic is finely chopped, the horseradish root is peeled and twisted in a meat grinder (or rubbed on a fine grater). Tomatoes are passed through a meat grinder, garlic, horseradish and salt are added. Mix and roll into prepared jars.

This shit turns out even sharper than in the previous recipe. To cook it, you need to take a kilo of red fleshy tomatoes, 1 hot red pepper, horseradish root and garlic. 4 large cloves of garlic are passed through a garlic press. The peeled horseradish root is passed through a meat grinder or ground on a grater. Grind tomatoes in a meat grinder or blender. Mix 3 tbsp. tablespoons of grated horseradish, tomatoes, garlic, finely chopped pepper, add a tablespoon of salt and set to infuse for a couple of hours, after which they roll up in jars.
Gentle horseradish
The recipe for this dish requires some preparation. It will take a kilo of tomatoes, garlic, salt and horseradish. Wash and lower the tomatoes for half a minute in boiling water, after which they peel off with a light movement. Grind the pulp in a blender until it turns into a smoothie with a uniform consistency. Frozen horseradish root is rubbed on a fine grater or twice passed through a meat grinder with a fine lattice, three cloves of garlic are crushed through a press. Mix tomato puree, two tablespoons of grated horseradish, three crushed cloves of garlic and salt to taste. Keep the horseradish prepared according to this recipe in the refrigerator.
