Actor Vladimir Belokurov was born during the time of the Russian Empire in the village of Nizhny Uslon, in the Sviyazhsky district (Kazan province). His father is a local priest. There were many children in their family. Therefore, our hero never knew what boredom is.

At a young age, Vladimir was sent to the Kazan gymnasium, where he studied for fours and fives. Then the guy got a job at a local circus. There he was a uniformist. After some time, Vladimir moved to an operetta, where he worked with entrepreneur Grigory Rosenberg.
