Essential Ingredients:
- 30 ml of vinegar (9%);
- medium onion;
- spices (pepper, salt);
- two carrots;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- 2 tsp sesame seeds;
- one bell pepper;
- 2 tbsp. l soy sauce;
- parsley - 2 branches;
- small zucchini;
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable (refined) oil.
Cooking:
- Where do we start? Take a young zucchini. We rinse it with tap water. There are no seeds in it, so just cut into cubes (along with the peel).
- Remove the husk from the onion. Grind the pulp into thin half rings.
- We clean and wash the carrots. What next? Grate it using a special nozzle for Korean carrots.
- My pepper. We remove the internal partitions and seeds. Cut into thin strips.
- Parsley can be chopped with a knife.
- Cut the cloves of garlic into thin slices.
- Shredded vegetables are sent to the bowl: onions, carrots, zucchini and peppers. Mix. Add garlic, chopped parsley, sesame seeds and spices. Mix again. Pour the above amount of vinegar, oil and soy sauce. Mix. The resulting mass is removed on the middle shelf of the refrigerator. There, the future salad should stand for 2-3 hours. During this time, the vegetables are soaked in spices.

Cabbage Eater Salad: Winter Recipe
Grocery set:
- 1.5-2 cups of table vinegar;
- 5 kg of white cabbage;
- 3-5 tbsp. l salts (to taste);
- sunflower oil and sugar - one glass each;
- sweet peppers - 1 kg;
- onions and carrots - one kilogram each.
Cooking Instructions
Step number 1. We wash the carrots. Pass through a grater using a nozzle with large holes.
Step number 2. Remove the peel from the bulbs. Cut the pulp into thin half rings.
Step number 3. Wash peppers in running water. We remove the internal seeds. Grind into slices.
Step number 4. Take white cabbage. Carefully remove the top leaves. We chop them finely, then we crush them with our hands.
Step number 5. In a large bowl we spread the chopped vegetables - peppers, cabbage, onions and carrots.
Step number 6. In a separate bowl, mix the required amount of vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. Water the vegetables with the resulting marinade. Mix.
Step number 7. We got a juicy and appetizing salad βSnackβ from cabbage. You can put it in a deep plate and serve. There is another option - roll up for the winter. First, sterilize the jars for 20 minutes. We spread the salad prepared earlier in them. We roll lids and roll up. As you can see, everything is very simple.

- lemon juice - Β½ tbsp. l;
- 50 g of hard cheese (any grade);
- red onion - half;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise (any fat content);

- salted herring - 3-4 pieces;
- spices (pepper, salt);
- sweet (red) pepper - half;
- rye bread is a small slice.
Practical part
Step number 1. Wash red and yellow peppers in running water. Cut in half. We extract seeds and internal partitions. Grind the pulp with straws.
Step number 2. Peel the onion. We need only half. We cut it into half rings.
Step number 3. We must cut a piece of rye bread so that we get 1 x 1 cm cubes. We send them into a pan and fry them on a dry, that is, without butter. As soon as the pieces are browned, turn off the fire.
Step number 4. Put the onion in a deep plate. Fill with water and lemon juice. We notice 10 minutes. This time will be enough to pickle the onion.
Step number 5. Hard boiled egg. Cool, remove the shell. Cut not very finely.
Step number 6. Now let's deal with the salty herring. Grind the fillet (preferably thin strips).
Step number 7. Cheese must be cut into cubes.
Step number 8. At the bottom of a deep plate we place pickled onions and chopped pepper. Add the pieces of cheese, eggs and herring. Fill with mayonnaise. Mix. Sprinkle with salt and spices.
Step number 9. We put the finished appetizer salad in a beautiful plate. As a decoration, you can use sprigs of parsley or mint leaves.
