For this dish, you need to chop the cabbage into strips and let it soften a little, pouring boiling water for a while. Pour oil into a deep pan or pan to the bottom and spread scalded cabbage. Add to it a little butter for taste, salt, cover with a lid and send to a small fire - stew. After 15 minutes, add the stew to the cabbage.
