5. Put the cabbage on the dish, put chopped chicken breast slices on it, then caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
6. Add salt and pepper, focusing on your own taste.

For cooking you will need:

• Four medium-sized mushrooms
• Four pieces of sun-dried tomato (but at will you can a little more)
• One tablespoon of grated parmesan. The more original you choose a grater, the more unusual your salad will look.
• One clove of garlic.

• A couple of tablespoons of olive oil (one for salad and one for roasting)
