In this article, we will tell you how to cook exotic rolls with avocado and a little about preparing classic rolls with salmon. Naturally, first of all, for such rolls you will need a good avocado.
Avocado is a fruit of dark green color, large and oblong. If it is immature, then its taste is unpleasant, so you need to try to choose a soft fruit and, before putting it on rolls, try - a ripe avocado should crunch.
Rolls with avocado and cucumber
Boil 100 g of rice for sushi (it is sold in supermarkets), add 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar and sugar to it, mix well. We clean one avocado and cut it into narrow strips. We also cut the cucumber into thin strips. On a nori seaweed sheet, spread a layer of a centimeter thick, then put slices of avocado and cucumber along a narrower part. Rolls with avocado and pomegranate sauce

Rolls with avocado and herring in pita bread
This recipe, of course, is far from real rolls, but it will appeal to those who do not like rice. From one kilogram of herring filet you need to remove the bones and cut into thin strips. Peel one avocado and 2 eggs and chop finely. Two tomatoes need to be peeled and cut into slices. On pita bread you need to put all the ingredients and finely chopped lettuce, grease 4 tbsp. sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Roll should be wrapped and cut into pieces.
Rolls with avocado and cream cheese
200 g of round-grain rice should be poured with water and cooked in a double boiler for 25 minutes. When it cools slightly, you need to pour it with a mixture of a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of rice vinegar. 150 g of chilled cream cheese, cut into long thin slices, 1 cucumber also cut into long strips, after removing the seeds.
