The effectiveness of the drug is achieved due to its high degree of absorption (93%), as well as the wide distribution of the antibiotic Amosin. After a couple of hours, the tablets with the drug reach the highest concentration in the body. Particularly high concentrations of the drug are found in blood plasma, bronchial secretions and sputum, in the liquid contents of subcutaneous blisters and urine, in peritoneal and pleural fluids. Amosin is well concentrated in the genitals in women and lung tissue, in the prostate and intestinal mucosa, in the gall bladder and adipose tissue, in fetal tissues and in the middle ear.

Despite the beneficial effect of the active substance of the drug "Amosin", the instructions for use warns about the possibility of some side effects during antibiotic treatment.
