Indications for use
The specified drug is used in the presence of myasthenia gravis, paralysis and paresis, with impaired motor activity after a brain injury, neuritis, after encephalitis, poliomyelitis and tuberculous meningitis.
It is also used when it is necessary to treat atrophy of the optic nerve, to reduce intraocular pressure, which increases with glaucoma, and if necessary, narrowing the pupil. With these diseases, the drug is used in the form of eye drops.
Prozerin (injections) is used to stimulate labor and also has an analgesic effect. Often, the drug is used in therapy, where it is used to treat atony of the stomach, bladder and intestines, and is taken orally.
