  • 4 large potatoes.
  • A small onion.
  • 2 medium carrots.
  • 3 lavrushki.
  • 3 tbsp. l tomato paste.
  • 10 peas of black pepper.
  • 1 cup of settled water.
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg.
  • Salt and refined oil.

Shredded carrots and chopped onions are poured into the greased multicooker bowl. As soon as the vegetables change color, they add slices of beef to them and fry them all together for about ten minutes. At the end of the designated time, salt, peppercorns, nutmeg, tomato paste and lavrushka are sent to the appliance tank. All this is poured with the required amount of hot water and prepared in the "Extinguishing" mode.
