We need: 3-4 zucchini (the more there are, the greater the number of layers), 5-6 tomatoes, garlic (from 5 cloves to several heads, if you like more sharply), a bag or jar of mayonnaise (small), salt, pepper, 1-2 onions, 100 grams of hard cheese. So, grease the cooking dish well with oil. We bake young zucchini in the oven with seeds. Peel and cut the vegetables in half a centimeter thick circles. Circles or half rings - tomatoes and onions. Chop the garlic. Now spread a layer of zucchini, lightly add salt, pepper, sprinkle with garlic. On them are tomatoes, a little hot pepper. Salt lightly too. Top layer of onions, then again zucchini. Squeeze with mayonnaise and then lay out the prepared foods in the same order. Finally, grate the cheese and sprinkle the top layer over it. Now bake the zucchini in the oven at a temperature within 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The main landmark - the dish should be covered with a golden brown crust. And a dizzying smell will also let you know about readiness. A small clarification: in such a vegetable “pie” you can add a layer of carrots and bell pepper. The dish will become even tastier.
