Garlic must be peeled and finely chopped with a knife. A bunch of greens also needs to be washed well, chop the juicy leaves finely. Grind cheese in any convenient way. You can use a grater or knife, as you wish. When the egg mixture is ready, add garlic, cheese and herbs to it. Mix well.
