We boil it for several minutes so that it gives juice and softens, then we wipe the mass through a sieve. Add sugar to the resulting juice and set on fire. Stir constantly and wait until the sand has completely dissolved, cook for 10 minutes. Ready jelly from red currants for the winter roll up in sterilized jars. Another delicious tea recipe is currant jelly with gelatin without boiling. Ingredients: 1 kg of berries, 2 kg of granulated sugar and 10 g of gelatin. Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold water for about an hour. During this time, chop the berries in a blender or wipe with a sieve. Pour in water, cover with sugar and put on a slow fire.
