The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King is the final part of the world-famous adaptation of the hobbit story. The first two parts of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and Two Fortresses were a resounding success, with a huge number of different awards, including Oscars in several categories.

The author managed to publish his work with great difficulty, and initially the contract with the publishing house was that Tolkien did not receive anything for the publication. However, the author was promised that after the printing of the book pays off, he will receive a percentage of sales.
The book was a success, it was translated into more than ten languages of the world, while the author himself, being a specialist in philology, checked how well the translation was done.
Return of the King

Viggo is a native of the American city of New York. He was born in 1958. Before becoming an actor, he had the opportunity to work as a lifter, and a seller of flowers, and a bartender. But by the age of 24, he still began to attend acting classes. Later, the actor began acting, but most of his roles went unnoticed. And only at the beginning of 2000, the actor received an offer to star in The Lord of the Rings as Aragorn. The decision was not easy, because most of the filming took place far from home - in New Zealand, which means that it was necessary to leave relatives and friends for a long time. And yet Viggo agreed.
The role of Aragorn attracted universal attention to the modest person of Mortensen, and proposals for cooperation poured in, but Mortensen remains indifferent to many of them.
Before filming the film "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey," director Peter Jackson invited the actor to star with him, promising that he would find him a worthy role. But Mortensen refused.
Orlando Bloom
