Tomatoes in a mysterious marinade - an easy-to-prepare preparation, for which you do not need a lot of products and free time. This appetizer for the winter is made easy and simple, but it turns out incredibly tasty and fragrant.
Tomatoes in a mysterious marinade: a recipe for cooking
Pickling tomatoes at home is quite simple. To do this, you only need to follow all the requirements of the recipe and use the appropriate ingredients for brine.
So what foods do we need to cook tomatoes in a mysterious marinade? To implement such a recipe, you should purchase:
- medium-sized elastic tomatoes - about 3.5 kg;
- beet sugar - about 4 large spoons;
- clove buds, red and black peppers - at will;
- bay leaves - a few pieces;
- table salt - 2.5 large spoons per 3 liters of liquid;
- garlic cloves - 5-6 pcs.;
- natural vinegar - 2 large spoons per 3-liter jar of billet;
- ordinary vodka - 1 large spoon in a 3-liter can of billet.
Step cooking method
To make tomatoes in a mysterious marinade, you should use only fresh and maximum elastic tomatoes of the same size. They are washed well in warm water and, as a whole, are laid out in a pre-sterilized jar. To prepare such a workpiece, it is better to use a capacity of 3 liters.
After the vegetables are in the container, ordinary drinking water is boiled strongly in a separate pan. Then it is poured into a jar of tomatoes and kept in this form for 5-9 minutes.
After a while, the liquid is drained and boiled again, but this time beet sugar, clove buds, table salt, a pinch of ground black and red pepper, bay leaves and peeled garlic cloves are added to it.
Having mixed the ingredients well, they are boiled for 3 minutes, and then filled with jars of vegetables. A table bite and ordinary forty-degree vodka are also poured into the containers.
After rolling the tomatoes with boiled lids, they are turned over and left warm for several days. After cooling the blanks, they are cleaned in a cellar or any other cool dark room.
How and with what to serve?
So that the tomatoes in the mysterious marinade are well saturated with the aromas of spices, they are kept in the cellar for a month. After this period, tomatoes can be safely served for dinner with the first or second courses.
