It turns out very tasty if you cook the whole dorado. This fish can be baked in the oven, fried in a pan or cooked in the form of a filling for a pie. In general, almost everything is prepared from it.

Dorado for a romantic dinner

For cooking, you need to take fish (300g), the main set of seasonings (pepper and salt), parsley (about 20 - 40 g), the green part of leek, 1 lime and the same amount of lemon, rosemary, a little butter (creamy) and white dry wine (very little - 3 tablespoons). Dorado should be prepared first. The fish should be whole, already peeled, without a single fin and gills. It is rubbed with spices and, on the one hand, make deep cuts.
Inside the dorado is filled with chopped parsley and rosemary. Small slices of lemon and lime are placed in each incision on the carcass. Now the fish ready for baking is laid out on a sheet of foil. Top the dorado with wine and put a small piece (30 grams) of oil. All this must be covered with another sheet of foil and put in the oven. It should be heated to 180 degrees. A dish is prepared for about 20 minutes. If desired, you can then remove the top layer of foil and put it back in the oven until a beautiful crust forms.
Barbados Dorado
Really amazing dorado fish . The recipes for its preparation are very different. One of the delicious dishes is baked Barbados fish. You will need the following ingredients:
- dorado - 2 kg;
- butter - 100-150g;
- onions - 1 head (chopped with rings);
- shallots (finely chopped);

Shallots with breadcrumbs, hot chili and one lime juice are fried separately. This whole mixture is seasoned again with spices. Fried stuffing goes straight to the fish.
Stuffed dorado is placed in a special baking dish. From above, it is covered with tomatoes and onion rings, and it is also worth sprinkling with breadcrumbs. A little water is poured into the mold so that the dish does not burn. It is enough 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees to prepare the fish. Usually served with fried potatoes!
Fry dorado
It tastes good if you fry the dorado in a special way. The fish then turns out tender and just melts in your mouth. For the dish you will need red crucian (half a kilogram), vegetable oil, flour and corn, and wheat (200 g each), sour cream (about a glass), spices and spices (paprika, rosemary, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and parsley).
Cooking fish
Dorado should be washed and dried well. Meanwhile, various kinds of flour are mixed and salt and paprika are added there. Garlic and rosemary are placed in the abdomen of the fish. After that, it is rolled in a mixture of flour and put on a hot frying pan, where vegetable oil is already sizzling. On both sides the dorado is fried until a golden, pleasant crust appears.
