Depanthenol (suppositories) is a combination agent with pronounced antimicrobial and regenerative properties. Suppositories are used to treat and prevent infectious and inflammatory diseases of both the uterus and the vagina. Depanthenol (suppositories). Structure
One suppository contains 100 milligrams of dexpanthenol, 16 milligrams of chlorhexidine bigluconate.
Dexpanthenol is a vitamin of group B. It relieves inflammation and has a regenerating property. In the body, this substance is converted to pantothenic acid. She, in turn, is involved in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as in the synthesis of porphyrins, acetylcholine and glucocorticosteroids. The specified vitamin is involved in the normalization of cellular metabolism, improves the strength of collagen fibers and accelerates mitosis.
The second active substance - chlorhexidine - has antiseptic and antimicrobial properties. It is active against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (streptococci, staphylococci, enterococci, chlamydia and others), protozoa, yeast-like fungi, dermatophytes. That is why the drug "Depantenol" (candles) retains its healing properties even in the presence of pus, blood, organic substances and secrets.

Method of using the medication
