Almost everyone includes a product such as fish in their diet. A huge number of dishes can be prepared from it - salads, soups, soufflés, casseroles. It can be baked, stewed, fried. But which fish to choose: to be tasty, healthy and not very expensive at the same time? My choice fell on the popular pollock fish. In itself, it is almost tasteless, but thanks to this, almost any ingredients can be combined with it. In addition, she has tender meat and a solid set of useful properties: vitamin A, PP, potassium, iodine, phosphorus and other substances important for our body. And, in addition to all of the above, it has an affordable price. Pollock is also advised by nutritionists. So for those who follow the figure, and just for people who love a tasty meal, I will open my recipe for cooking this fish. Pollock in the oven - a recipe where everything ingenious is simple! Pollock in the oven: a universal recipe
To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:
- pollock fillet 500 g;
- feta 100 g;
- fresh parsley 200 g;
- fresh dill 100 g;
- sour cream 100 g;
- a small clove of garlic;
- pepper mixture, salt
- walnuts 100 g;
- sunflower oil;
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon.
Why exactly this dish? Because pollock is cooked quickly in the oven, the recipe is quite simple and does not require special culinary skills. And the result is always juicy, tender and satisfying food. To begin with, take a bowl and pour sour cream into it. It can be taken with a fat content of 21% so that it is not too liquid. We clear the walnuts from the shell and grind. Add a mixture of pepper, cinnamon, salt and ground walnut to a bowl of sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly. We wash the pollock fillet under hot water and dry it with a paper towel. Then cut into portions and dip the fish in the resulting sauce. We wipe the baking sheet with sunflower oil and put our fish on it. The cooked pollock in the oven in sour cream will be more tender, and the added walnuts will add spice to the fish. While pollock will be soaked in sauce, prepare a mixture that we place on top of the fish. To do this, finely chop feta (you can take any other cheese) and place in a deep plate or bowl. Next, take dill and parsley. Rinse thoroughly under running water, let dry and finely chop. Peel the garlic and repeat what was done by analogy with herbs. Add herbs and garlic to a bowl of cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. Spread the resulting mixture evenly on top of the fish.
Preheat the oven to 200 º and place a baking sheet with all its contents in it. Cooking time 20 - 25 minutes. We spread our fish on a large plate and serve. By the way, fish in this form will be more useful than if you just fried it. In addition, the baked fish is more juicy and has a special taste and aroma, which is given to it by spices and spices.
You can also bake pollock in the oven with potatoes: then a suitable side dish will be immediately ready for our fish. Preparing such a dish is also very simple and, most importantly, fast. For this we need 10 large potatoes, butter and salt. We wash the potatoes and cook until half-cooked in their uniforms, salting with water. Thus, it will retain much more useful properties. When the potatoes are ready, they need to be removed and, having allowed to cool a little, to remove a peel. Next, cut it into circles with a thickness of about 1 centimeter. The baking dish is thoroughly greased with butter and put the potatoes in it. We have our fish on top, which has already been soaked in sour cream sauce with the addition of walnuts. We also spread the mixture of cheese and herbs prepared by us. When we did all this, preheat the oven to 200 º and put our mold in it. Cooking time 25-30 minutes. When the dish is ready, put it on a large plate and serve. You can also serve this dish along with slicing fresh tomatoes. Hearty, tasty and easy to prepare!
