This bright and cheerful fruit, which came to us from tropical countries, has a unique aroma and goes well with any kind of meat. Preparing chicken with pineapple in the oven is very simple, the main thing is to pre-marinate the carcass in mashed pineapple with spices. Thanks to such a little trick, the chicken with pineapples in the oven acquires softness, tenderness and unusual taste shades, and the pineapple itself, without losing its freshness and juiciness, is more saturated in taste.

Oven with chicken and pineapple

For this dish you will need: chopped chicken, pineapple pulp (500 g), paprika, vegetable oil, cane sugar (2 tablespoons), hot pepper, garlic (3 cloves), pineapple juice (1/2 cup.) , salt, soy sauce (2 tablespoons), pineapple pulp.

Pineapple must be cut into thin rings in the calculation of one slice of pineapple for each piece of chicken. ½ of the remaining pineapple should be cut as small as possible and put in the refrigerator in a separate bowl, and make the marinade from the other half. To do this, beat the remaining pineapple in a blender with garlic, hot pepper, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pineapple juice.

Pieces of chicken must be placed in a deep saucepan and pour the marinade. It is recommended to leave the meat in the sauce overnight in the refrigerator for a more thorough pickling. After that, lay the chicken pieces on a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the meat on top with finely chopped pineapple. Next, we lay on each slice of chicken a slice of a half-ring of pineapple and lightly sprinkle with paprika. It is recommended to cook the dish for no more than 1 hour in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Stuffed Chicken

Original in appearance and amazing in taste, this is a chicken with a filling. In the oven, the food is cooked for about two hours, and the result is an amazingly delicious holiday dish!

Products: Chicken.

For the test: yeast (2.5 teaspoons), 1 teaspoon. spoon of sugar, a little salt, butter, 1.2 cups of water, flour (3 cups).

For the sauce: garlic (2 cloves), sour cream (2 tablespoons), mustard (1 teaspoon), 0.5 teaspoon Provence herbs, mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), paprika, salt, ground coriander (0.5 teaspoon )

For the filling: 0.5 stack. sauerkraut, 1 onion, 3 mushrooms, 1 bell pepper, 70 g brisket, 1 hunting sausage, young herbs, garlic (2 cloves).

First you need to cook the marinade. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, spices and add finely chopped garlic. Grate the bird carcass with the resulting mixture, sprinkle with paprika and let it soak for two hours. Next, knead the dough from the above products.

Then we are preparing the filling. For three minutes, fry in pepper oil, onion, chopped brisket in oil, and then add garlic, herbs, mushrooms, cabbage and finely chopped sausage to the pan. Stew the filling for another 3 minutes and remove from heat.

We roll out the dough (it should turn out to be rectangular) and spread the chicken stuffed on it. We firmly pinch the edges of the dough, and grease the surface with an egg. The dish is sent to bake for 30 minutes (t 190C). After the dough begins to brown, it is necessary to cover the chicken with foil and bake for another hour and a half.

Chicken with Cabbage

For a quiet family dinner, chicken and cabbage come in handy. In the oven, this dish can be prepared very quickly, and it will turn out very appetizing.

Products:

  • a hen;
  • 4 onions;
  • head of cabbage;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • vegetable oil;
  • spices, salt.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, pepper, add salt, mayonnaise and leave for 40 minutes in the marinade. Cut the onions in half rings, chop the cabbage and grate the cheese. In a deep greased baking sheet, lay onion, cabbage and chicken, greased with mayonnaise. The dish must be baked in the oven for 40 minutes. 15 minutes before ready to sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake until golden brown.
