Now you need to dry the sturgeon for several minutes by putting it on a paper towel. Before you cook the sturgeon in the oven, that is, before you put it in it, you need to season the fish with spices. It can be parsley, thyme or, for example, black pepper. Here you need to try not to pour too much, so as not to overwhelm a specific fish smell with spices and not spoil the entire ritual of cooking a delicacy.

How to cook sturgeon in the oven in spicy sauce. The ingredients will need the following:

  • the fish itself (sturgeon) - weighing half a kilogram.
  • one carrot
  • breadcrumbs - 200 grams,
  • two chicken eggs
  • two onions
  • celery,
  • green pea.

To make it easier to clean and gut the sturgeon, it should be immersed for several minutes in a pot of hot water on the stove. After the fish is cleaned and gutted, we prepare a decoction. In the same water (broth) you need to add pre-chopped greens, onions, carrots, peas, celery. The broth should be seasoned with bay leaf and salt to taste. The purified sturgeon dives after boiling the mixture.

The contents are simmered and then cooled. Sturgeon should be cut into small slices. These slices are breaded in pre-cooked crackers and butter. Having laid out on a wire rack, put all the pieces in the oven and bake until fully cooked. Meanwhile, a special hot sauce is being prepared.
