German leek and cheese soup. Essential Ingredients:

- water of 2 liters;

- 3 medium-sized potatoes;

- a quarter kilogram of ground beef;

- 1 stalk of fresh leek;

- 200 grams of any cheese (processed);

- a small amount of oil to fry the minced meat;

- salt and pepper to taste.

First, simmer the minced meat until cooked. Then pour water into the pan, add minced meat and diced potatoes. The next step will be the addition of chopped onion and cheese. The soup is stirred until it becomes completely homogeneous, after which it boils for several minutes over low heat. Readiness is checked by the softness of potatoes. In addition to all the listed ingredients, you can add fresh or canned mushrooms (for example, champignons) or beans in the dish.
