The finished stuffing is removed from the heat and cooled and laid out in hats. They are placed in a pan and put on the stove. Stuffed champignons are stewed under a closed lid over low heat for 15 minutes, and then another 10 minutes they are insisted in a closed frying pan. Mushroom appetizer is ready.
Mushrooms with cheese in a skewer dough
