Nowadays, pies are one of the favorite dishes. Just imagine: a hot treat wrapped in a wonderful aroma ... And, of course, do not forget about the role of filling in pies. Meat and cheese are the favorite products of many that we will combine today in our culinary masterpieces. Let's start with the following recipe: cheese and sausage pie . For cooking, we need the following ingredients:
- flour - 160 grams;
- eggs - 3 things;
- salt - half a teaspoon;
- mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
- a pinch of ground black pepper;
- sausages - 300 grams;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- cheese - one hundred grams.
We take a deep bowl, beat eggs in it, gradually adding baking powder, mayonnaise and flour. Then this mass should be pepper and salt. When all the ingredients are mixed, all that remains is to beat thoroughly with a mixer.
We take the cheese and three it on a grater, preferably large. Sausages cut into circles (small). Add everything to the dough.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. When the desired temperature is reached, pour the resulting dough into a greased baking sheet and set to bake. In about forty minutes, our cheese and sausage pie will be ready.

Next, go to the next recipe - cheese and ham pie. We will prepare this delicacy from puff pastry. This baking is very tender and delicious. For her we need the following ingredients:
- ham - 400 grams;
- puff pastry - 1 pack;
- hard cheese - 200 grams;
- sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons;
- an egg - one piece;
- sesame seeds (sprinkle on top of the cake).
Cheese and ham should be cut into thin large slices. Separately, mix the egg with sour cream, whisking a little with a spoon or fork. We take a sheet of paper for baking, sprinkle it with flour. On it we roll out and spread a width of puff pastry tape. On one half we lay out slices of ham and cheese (two layers of each ingredient in turn).
Three quarters of egg-sour cream are gradually poured onto the cheese from above. We leave one quarter of this mass to grease the cake from above. Then we cover the pie with the free edges of the dough, pinching the resulting seams. Using a silicone brush, grease the cake with the remaining mixture of sour cream and eggs, and you can also sprinkle it with sesame seeds. To prevent the top of the cake from being too inflated during cooking, pierce it a couple of times with a fork or make small holes with a knife. Along with baking paper, we put the pie on a baking sheet. Bake it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. We give the finished dish to cool slightly, then cut into pieces.
At times, sausage is deposited in the refrigerator. It seems to be a pity to throw it away, and I donโt want to eat it. In this case, you can bake a pie with cheese and sausage. So we need:
- kefir - one glass;
- flour - one glass;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- soda - a teaspoon;
- sausage - 200 grams;
- mayonnaise - 100 grams;
- cheese - one hundred grams;
- onion - 2 things;
- spices to taste.
We clean and cut the onion, then fry it. Finely chop the sausage, three cheese on a grater. Mix eggs, soda and kefir with spices and flour, adding sausage, cheese and onions. Now pour this mass into a greased baking sheet, put everything in a preheated oven. Our baking is about half an hour.
