- wheat flour in an amount of 450 g;
- 250 ml of milk (warm);
- bag (about 2 teaspoons) of dry yeast;
- half a teaspoon of salt and sugar;
- egg - 2 pcs.;
- 1 tablespoon of marjoram and olive oil.
For filling:
- chicken meat (breast) in an amount of 400 g;
- salt, chili pepper;
- sweet red pepper (dry);
- 1 PC. bell pepper;
- mushrooms weighing 200 g;
- 2 onions;
- zucchini (zucchini) weighing about 200 g;
- oregano and / or marjoram;
- garlic cloves - a pair of pieces;
- 250 ml tomato puree;
- 200g mozzarella cheese

1 step
First you need to knead the dough. Heat the milk to 40 degrees. Pour sugar and dry yeast into it . Mix thoroughly with a whisk and place in a warm place for 10 minutes. Beat eggs with salt and olive oil in a separate bowl. Pour in flour. Then gradually pour the milk with yeast. Knead the dough. Then put it in a warm place, covering it with a bag and a film. Within 30-40 minutes it should rise.
2 step
While the dough is coming, prepare the calzone toppings. The recipe can be supplemented with any products of your choice. For example, sausages or pickles (capers). Calzone with cheese of various varieties will also turn out delicious and nutritious. Cut the chicken into pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grind chili peppers.
