With white beans

  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 3 l of filtered water.

Step number 1. In a pan filled with boiling water, pour the previously soaked beans and boil it over the lowest heat.

Step number 2. The finished beans are removed from the broth, divided in half and one of the parts is mashed with a blender.

Step number 3. In a container with boiling liquid in which the beans were cooked, load a roast made of chopped onions, crushed garlic and finely chopped cabbage.

Step number 4. All this is supplemented with bean puree, salted, seasoned with spices and boiled over minimal heat for fifteen minutes.
