Buns with poppy seeds
At the very beginning of the preparation of buns, you need to knead the dough - it must be yeast - so the buns with poppy seeds will be much softer and more airy than from yeast-free. It is prepared very easily. To start, heat half a liter of cow's milk. As you know, milk has the ability to suddenly boil and "run away" from the stove. Remember that this should not happen - the milk should be just warm, not boiled. In heated milk, you need to dilute 50 g of yeast. Now is the time to talk about them. Naturally, these words mean that the yeast should be the most common - pressed. However, as you know, today many people use not pressed, but dry yeast - this is much more convenient. Well, if you are an adherent of those, then you can take dry yeast to prepare the dough - they will need at least 0.5 tbsp, but not more than 1 tbsp. - here it all directly depends on the manufacturer.
Now get down to rubbing the chicken egg. This is done in a separate bowl. 3 tablespoons of sugar should also be added to the egg. Once these two ingredients turn into a homogeneous mass, they can be introduced into milk. Then salt, vanillin and, of course, flour should be added there - one kilogram for a given amount of ingredients will be enough. After that, all the ingredients must be thoroughly mixed and knead from them a rich yeast dough. However, this is far from the last stage of creating the dough - now you need to add 8 tablespoons of butter into it, which you need to melt before. Remember that the oil must be cooled - if you pour it hot, you can not even count on a positive result. After this, the dough is thoroughly mixed again and kneading completely. Now your task is to wait until the dough, so to speak, is suitable. To do this, it must be left in a warm room for about an hour.
