Salad
To prepare the food you will need the following components: Beijing cabbage, boiled chicken breast, two tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper. You also need a bunch of green onions, 200 gr. cheese, a spoonful of
lemon juice, 100 gr. mayonnaise and ground pepper.
Cooking
Dice the boiled breast. Wash and chop cabbage. Chop the onion. Dice the tomatoes and pepper. Grate the cheese. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise and pepper. Combine all the ingredients and season them with the sauce. Mix everything well. The meal is ready.

This applies to the following dish, for the preparation of which you will need: 300 gr. mushrooms, carrots, sweet and hot peppers, ginger root, a spoonful of brandy, the same amount of soy sauce, a few pinches of sugar, a little salt, sesame and vegetable oil. You will also need 300 gr. shrimp and Beijing cabbage.
Cooking
Fry the mushrooms in a pan. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Grate carrots on a Korean grater. Lightly fry the hot pepper and ginger root in a pan (for those who like hot), add paprika, mushrooms and carrots. Stir everything and let it simmer under the lid over low heat. Add salt and pepper.
